Savage Food Co was founded by Úna Donohoe. Driven by a desire to bring Irish food to the world stage Úna combines her food marketing experience with her background as a professional chef to simply and effectively present food to the fast growing audience of X% watching food videos online.
On graduating from culinary school at GMIT Úna quickly found herself cooking for Ireland’s top chefs at the Eurotoques Young Chef of The Year Competition. This was followed by some years cooking and travelling via India, New Zealand and South America.
Upon returning to Ireland, Úna gained a masters in International Food Marketing from Smurfit Business School and spent three years in London working with Ireland’s ambitious Irish food producers and UK retailers.
While the day job was in food marketing, Úna continued her culinary passion in pop up supper clubs. She ran sold out supper clubs as featured in the many London entertainment publications including Time Out London and GQ magazine.
